We host monthly Networking Events for the community of Investors & Hosts we’ve had the pleasure of meeting through this line of business. Typically, we book out one night at one of our clients’ active Short Term Rental properties, and invite potential & past clients, investors and others within the hosting community to tour our clients’ income generating property.
We provide drinks and light snacks, and end the night with a semi-formal presentation by the Host, who speaks on the “numbers” unique to their STR (i.e. expenses, bookings/occupancy, revenue), and the process of acquiring their investment with Good Neighbor.
Open Door Policy.
When you work with Good Neighbor Realty, our relationship doesn’t end at the closing table. We have an open door policy that extends to all our clients, come visit our team at the Office any time. We will guide you through the process of owning and operating a Short Term Rental investment, even if that means after you’ve closed.
